We are a small outfit, so our shipping options are rather limited at this

We currently USPS Priority Mail International for all
shipping outside the continental US and those rates will be calculated at
checkout based on your location.

I do take custom orders and provide limited alterations and
customizations prior to the purchase of existing inventory. Please email
me at EWHDesigns@EWHDesignsStudio for pricing, options, and
current timelines.

~ Repairs
If any piece of jewelry is damaged or broken during normal wear, I will
repair it for free.

Return shipping for any repair is the responsibility of the customer.
I do not repair or resize any jewelry I did not make.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact

I will honor returns on certain qualifying items within thirty days of receipt, but you must contact me and receive a response before I will honor the return.
I do not accept returns or cancelations on custom or altered pieces.
I will provide photographs and videos of completed pieces and I ask that you review these carefully and request any changes before I ship your piece. Once shipped there will be no refunds of any deposit made for custom pieces.
I will allow exchanges on a case by case basis only.
